JOINING AS A USER

How can I join as an a2a user?

You can join as an a2a user by signing up as a free user at our website.

 

You can also join through our referral system, whereby once you have received a referral link from your friend, all you need to do is to fill in your particulars and create a user account.

 

Is there a user fee?

It’s absolutely free!

 

What are the benefits of joining as an a2a user?

As an a2a user, you can:

  • Use the “a2a platform” for life

  • Earn Loyalty Points as you spend to redeem E-Cash*

 

*E-Cash can be redeemed upon upgrading to member

 

Can I open multiple accounts?

Yes, you can, however each account requires you to enter a unique email address as an identity.

 

What should I do after joining a2a?

After joining the a2a platform, you should:

  • Sign in to your a2a account with your Username (Email Address) & Password (Last six (6) digits of your mobile number) and update your profile as follows:

  • Change your password

  • Update your E-PIN number

  • Update your address information

  • Next, you can browse through our Online Tutorials for more in-depth understanding and start referring or inviting your friends to join.

 

I can’t sign in to my account. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble when first signing in to your account upon successful payment, try these troubleshooting tips to help you regain your access.

 

Tip 1: 

Ensure that you enter the correct email address as per your registration process. Your default password is the last 6 digits of your phone number. If you are not sure whether you have entered the correct password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button to reset your password. You will receive an email notification on your new password information.

 

Tip 2:

Make sure that ‘Caps Lock’ and ‘Num Lock’ buttons on your keyboard are off. This is due to the text sensitivity which could affect your account sign in process.

 

Tip 3: 

Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, or try using a different browser to sign in.

What should I do if my particulars were entered wrongly?

If you have entered the wrong particulars which you are unable to amend in your “Profile”, such as your name and email address, please drop us an email at admin@a2a.network and provide the supporting documents for us to rectify in the system.

How can I earn Loyalty Points?

Here are 2 easy ways to earn the Loyalty Points:

Can I Convert My LP to E-Cash?

Yes, you can. Each time you receive 10 LP, it will be auto-converted to RM6.25 on an hourly basis into your E-Wallet.

 

How do I utilize the Loyalty Points?

Here’s how to use your Loyalty Points (LP):

1. When you have accumulated 10 LP, a2a will automatically convert 10 LP and credit RM6.25 E-Cash into your E-Wallet in an hourly basis.

 

Can I transfer the Loyalty Points to other account?

No, you cannot do so. The Loyalty Points are not transferable to other accounts.

 

Will the Loyalty Points expire?

No, the Loyalty Points will not expire.

 

Do I need to pay any bank transfer charges?

Yes.

 

Local bank: There will be a RM2 bank transfer charges per transaction.

Oversea bank: Will be released soon

PayPal account: Will be released soon

 

Is there any minimum or maximum of withdrawal amount?

The minimum amount for withdrawal is RM50. There is no maximum amount for withdrawal.

 

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

What is Discount Voucher?

Discount Voucher is an electronic or digital discount voucher which has an electronically stored value in member’s E-Wallet that can be redeemed by the member for online shopping.

 

How do I obtain Discount Vouchers?

Here’s 2 easy ways you can obtain and accumulate Discount Voucher (DV):

1. Register as a new user: Receive 100 DV

2. Shop at Offline Affiliate Partner stores: Collect 1 DV for every RM1 spent (i.e. RM1 = 1 DV)

 

How do I utilize the Discount Vouchers?

You can use the Discount Vouchers  to redeem products that are available at the Discount Voucher Redemption Catalogue. The value of each DV is equivalent to RM1 (1 DV = RM1). All you need to do is to select your favorite redemption items and top it up with cash. You can also earn additional Loyalty Points too!

 

 

 

Will the Discount Vouchers expire?

No, it will not expire.

 

Can I transfer the Discount Vouchers or convert them into cash?

No, the Discount Vouchers are non-transferable and not able to convert to cash. 

 

FAQ: E-Shop  

 

GENERAL

How can I purchase items from E-Shop?

1. Go to a2a website and select “E-Shop” 

2. Go to E-Shop and select a category to browse through the list of E-Shop.

3. Open a new tab. Go to any online shopping website of your choice in our listing, i.e. Lazada.

4. Login if you have signed up for an account with the E-Shop. If not, you may continue shopping.
After logging in, you may proceed with your shopping.

5. In the same page, you may place orders and add items to Shopping Cart. 

6. When you are ready to checkout, open another tab and login to a2a.

*DO NOT CHECKOUT FROM THE MERCHANT WEBSITE.

7. From a2a website, select the same E-Shop i.e. Lazada and click “Shop Now”.

8. Upon clicking “Shop Now”, you will be directed to Lazada’s website.

9. Click on the Shopping Cart icon. You will see your previously selected items in your Shopping Cart. 

10. Select “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed with your payment.

11. Make sure you remain in the same tab when you checkout. DO NOT click on any pop-ups and DO NOT open other tabs. This is to ensure the a2a linkage is not broken so that the you will be rewarded with LP upon checkout.

 

How do I check my transaction was successful?

1. After you made your purchase, your transaction will appear within 24 hours.

2. Check the status of your transaction under “E-Shop Transaction”.

3. Select the time period within your purchase (i.e. “Last 60 Days”).

4. You may view the status of all your purchases. If it shows “Pending” – Your purchase has been received in our system and is being processed.

 

When will the LP be credited to my account?

*If it shows “Credited” – Your purchase was successful and LP has been credited to you.

 

1. Market Places (i.e. Lazada)

Upon every successful transactions made, LP will be credited to your account after 14 days.

 

Example:

Emily made an online transaction on Sunday, 10 April 2016. LP will be credited to her account on Sunday, 24 April 2016.

 

2. Travel Services (Flight / Hotel)

For any Hotel & Airline bookings, LP will be rewarded to your account 75 working days after service consumption.

 

Example:

Alice bought an airline ticket to Amsterdam from Malaysia Airlines in 5 July 2017, but she flew off in 19 September 2017. LP will only be credited to her 75 working days after 19 September 2017.

 

3. Agoda / JetRadar / IHG / Tours for Fun

Regardless of the currency used during transaction, the pending amount will be shown in USD.

 

How do I calculate my LP from my E-Shop purchases?

The LP rewarded varies according to different E-Shops.

 

Example:

Zara purchased an item from E-Shop A.

E-Shop A

LP rewarded = 4%

RM 400 (exclusive of 6% GST, tax, shipping fee, etc.) x 4% = 16 LP

Zara will earn a total of 16 LP from her purchase.

 

My LP is missing. What should I do?

1. After you made your purchase, your transaction will appear within 24 hours.

2. If your transaction is not recorded under your Transaction history, you may proceed to fill up our Missing LP Form.

3. Select “Transaction” and click on “Missing E-Shop LP”.

4. Complete the form and click “Submit”.

5. After your submission, you will receive an auto-response email from a2a within 24 hours. Respective E-Shops will take 2-3 months to investigate and verify your missing transactions before informing a2a about the transaction status. Once we have received any feedback from the E-Shop, we will notify you of your status via email.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Any queries or issues about Shipping & Delivery will be under the responsibility of the third party merchant that you have made purchases from.

 

ORDER & ITEM TRACKING

Any queries or issues about Order & Item Tracking will be under the responsibility of the third party merchant that you have made purchases from.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

1. Cancellations & Refunds will be subjected to the Terms & Conditions under the third party merchant that you have made purchases from.

2. If you have made any cancellations or refunds, a2a reserves the rights to withdraw the LP credited to your account for the purchase. 

 

FAQ: Offline AP Stores

 

How do I get LP from offline purchases?

You may obtain LP when you purchase products or services from our offline AP stores by following these steps:

1. Download a2a application from App Store or Google Play.

2. Show your QR code from your a2a app upon payment. 

3. Your transaction details will be keyed in by the merchant. 

4. LP will be rewarded to you instantly!

 

How do I get LP if the Store Owner is not available?

If the Store Owner is unavailable during payment, you can still redeem your LP by following these steps:

1. Keep the original receipt issued.

2. Take a snapshot of the receipt. Please ensure the photo is clear and readable. 

3. Email us at admin@a2a.network and kindly include the following details:

    • Attachment of the receipt image

    • Member ID

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • Store Name

    • Location

4. You will receive a response email within five (5) working days.

 

When will the LP be credited to my account?

Upon every successful transaction made, LP will be credited to your account after 14 days. If it shows “Credit” – Your purchase was successful, and LP has been credited to you.
